Briarhill Shopping Centre, Galway

Project Description:

Construction of a mixed commercial development of anchor retail space, 16 retail units, office space and 22 apartments, with a large underground carpark.

They were also awarded a separate contract for the fit-out of the anchor tenant – Dunnes Stores, 6,500 sq.m over two floors.

We supplied and installed approx. 2,600 m2 of 200mm hollowcore flooring to the project.

Castlegar Nursing Home, Galway

Project Description: 

The project involved the construction of a two storey nursing home consisting of 42 bedrooms.

The project included:

• Demolition of the existing home, to make way for the new build
• Digging down to extend the new basement
• Extending the ground and first floors

We supplied and installed approx. 250m² of 150mm hollowcore flooring and approx. 400m² of 200mm hollowcore flooring, as well as concrete stairs to the project.
